"I had bought a Charlie motorized recliner for 60k from this store in 2023, the leather completely seared away and I had to pay 10k again to change entire fabric. Fabric took 2 months to arrive and I had to follow up many times. I hope this fabric won't degrade again , disappointed with the quality of leather used. After changing fabric recliner is like new again, but I'm skeptical on the brand quality now."
